Responsibilities

• Optimize customer experience through effective staff management.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely stock availability.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Evaluate and monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or similar

Experience

• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a management role

Technical Skills

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Point of Sale (POS) Systems

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Team Building

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with Staff Training Programs: Ability to implement training programs for team improvement.
