Job Description

We are on the hunt for an experienced E-commerce Manager who will take charge of our online sales strategy and lead our marketing efforts. This role involves enhancing our e-commerce platform, maximizing sales opportunities, and improving customer engagement across digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the overall e-commerce strategy and vision.
  • Enhance online marketing initiatives and social media presence.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management and logistics for online orders.
  • Develop promotional strategies to drive sales during peak seasons.
  • Work closely with customer service to resolve any purchase issues.
  • Implement security measures for online transactions.
  • Optimize search engine visibility through SEO best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members on e-commerce technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • MBA is preferred

  • 5+ years of robust experience in managing e-commerce operations or related fields
