Job Description

Dynamic HR Solutions is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will spearhead recruitment, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws while promoting a positive company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage HR policies that support a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to design effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide employee support.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention.
  • Develop health and safety programs in accordance with legislation.
  • Support the development of a high-performance culture.
  • Innovate employee programs that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead HR projects that enhance employee experience.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Regularly communicate with employees to gauge satisfaction levels.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, including supervisory responsibilities
