HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate HR Generalist to support various HR initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Provide support and advice on employee matters.
• Conduct health and safety training for employees.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives.
• Maintain employee files and other records.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate performance feedback processes.
• Develop HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Actively contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
• Relevant HR certification is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience

Certifications

• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
