Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems. You will ensure that information is processed efficiently and correctly to support our administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Record and process incoming data requests.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality.
  • Assist with training new team members in data entry procedures.
  • Develop and maintain data entry guidelines.
  • Provide support during peak data entry periods.
  • Liaise with other departments for data collaboration.
  • Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • A qualification in Data Management would be beneficial
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
