Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design modifications to improve performance.
• Perform simulations and analyses to validate designs.
• Document and report on project progress to management.
• Work with the procurement team to source materials and components.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing process.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in conducting safety assessments and risk management.
• Evaluate and address engineering issues in a timely manner.
• Promote sustainable practices in engineering solutions.
• Participate in regular project meetings and engineering reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of related experience in a mechanical engineering role
