We are searching for an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Rustenburg. The ideal candidate will focus on improving production processes and ensuring efficient workflow while maintaining product quality. You will work closely with various departments to assess operational needs and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production layout and flow to improve efficiency.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and measures for improvement.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Suggest process enhancements based on data-driven analysis.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate in developing project proposals for improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-departmental improvement meetings.
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Conduct training on Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure workplace safety and quality in all engineering initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
