Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Your role will ensure that our HR policies support our strategic objectives while fostering a positive work culture. You will work closely with management to swiftly address any HR issues and support the company in building a strong workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts and collaborate with departmental heads for workforce planning.
  • Advise on employee training and development opportunities.
  • Handle grievances and mediate disputes between employees and management.
  • Implement and oversee employee wellness and engagement programs.
  • Support compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Document and file all HR-related activities and reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and upper management.
  • Organize team-building activities and events.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in HR generalist or related position
