Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a managerial role within learning and development.

Certifications

• ATD Certificate in Training Design and Delivery
• Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of South African labour laws: Understanding of employment regulations and compliance in South Africa.
• Fluent in additional languages: Proficiency in other languages, such as Afrikaans or Zulu, is beneficial.
