Electroless Plater

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electroless Plater responsible for operating and maintaining electroplating equipment. You will ensure quality standards are met while collaborating with a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean metal surfaces for plating processes.
• Mix appropriate electroless plating solutions.
• Monitor and adjust plating equipment and parameters as required.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on plated products.
• Maintain accurate records of plating processes and material usage.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve plating issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct routine maintenance on electroplating equipment.
• Assist in managing stock levels of chemicals and materials.
• Train and mentor junior staff in safe operating practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification related to electroplating is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience operating electroplating equipment and machinery.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to perform routine maintenance on plating equipment: Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance.
