Job Description

We are seeking Graders and Sorters for agricultural products to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and applying color to various surfaces while adhering to production targets and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all agricultural products are sorted according to size and quality.
• Handle equipment used for grading and sorting with care.
• Participate in regular quality control checks to ensure product standards.
• Support production objectives by working efficiently and effectively.
• Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance staff.
• Train and mentor less experienced team members as needed.
• Maintain data and records related to grading and sorting activities.
• Provide input on continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in coatings or related field is an advantage

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in related fields

Languages

• English: Fluent
