Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and facilitate rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs and techniques for improving mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.
• Advise on equipment that may assist in the rehabilitation process.
• Participate in community outreach and wellness programs promoting physical health.
