As a Veterinary Surgeon at our clinic, you will engage in hands-on surgical procedures, diagnose illnesses, and work closely with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure the health and well-being of our patients. Responsibilities

• Execute medical and surgical procedures to diagnose and treat animal ailments.
• Establish treatment plans in collaboration with clients and team members.
• Lead the veterinary team in applying best practices in care.
• Manage emergency cases and provide veterinary consultation.
• Conduct client consultations focusing on the health of pets.
• Ensure that clinic operations meet regulatory standards.
• Supervise junior veterinary staff and interns when applicable.
• Contribute to research initiatives and clinical studies.
• Monitor animal patients through ongoing assessments.
• Stay updated on veterinary advancements and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent
• Masters in Veterinary Medicine would be advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the veterinary field

• Anesthesia Management

Certifications

• Certification in Veterinary Preventive Medicine is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
