HR Generalist

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role requires you to oversee all aspects of HR practices, from recruitment to performance management, while fostering a culture of continuous growth and development among our employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Manage employee records and update HR information systems.
• Draft, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Deliver training sessions on HR systems and policies.
• Provide general advice on employee benefits and compensation.
• Assist in employee file audits to ensure compliance.
• Support talent management and succession planning.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Contribute to ISO compliance related to HR operations.
• Evaluate and implement HR software solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree or additional certifications is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
