Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to guide our HR efforts in Port Elizabeth. This position will involve overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. You will also have the opportunity to introduce innovative HR practices that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HR department and manage HR staff.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll processes.
• Develop policies and procedures to enhance workforce efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve performance.
• Create initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in human resources management
