Job Description

Join our sales team as a Sales Associate, where you will be instrumental in increasing revenue through effective client engagement and relationship building. You will work closely with existing customers to meet their needs and introduce our new offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the retail store and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Formulate and execute sales plans to achieve financial targets.
  • Oversee stock levels, performing regular updates and assessments.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
  • Analyze sales reports and make informed decisions to enhance performance.
  • Drive the implementation of visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and operational regulations.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on strategic promotions.
  • Oversee budgetary controls and assess financial performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
  • Relevant management training is a plus
