Job Description

As a Holter Scanning Technician, you will perform non-invasive cardiac monitoring tests, interpret the results, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise in cardiac testing will contribute to diagnosing and treating patients with heart conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and checks on Holter monitoring equipment.
• Work collaboratively with cardiologists and nursing staff to integrate monitoring results into patient care plans.
• Educate patients on the Holter monitoring process and address any concerns.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and confidentiality procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to patient records and test results.

Requirements

Education

• Certification as a Holter Scanning Technician
• Advanced Diploma in Cardiology or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the cardiac monitoring field.
