The successful candidate will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems for diverse projects. Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept to completion.
• Implement and maintain engineering best practices.
• Analyze materials and components for suitability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material procurement.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Assist in developing project proposals and bids.
• Manage project documentation and records.
• Participate in safety assessments and audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

• Mechanical Design

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Background in robotics: Experience with robotics design and development.
