Job Description

As a Social Worker at Community Care Services, you will be instrumental in advocating for vulnerable populations. This role involves case management, resource coordination, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in a social work environment
