Responsibilities
Assess clients' situations and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients and their families.
Maintain comprehensive case records and documentation.
Educate clients about available resources and services in the community.
Collaborate with local organizations to improve service delivery.
Participate in case management meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and volunteers.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred

2+ years of experience in social work or related field
