Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Generalist in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
  • Maintain knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices.
  • Assist with payroll and ensure accuracy of employee data.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment through culture-building activities.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to HR processes.
  • Serve as a key resource in employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with management to address staffing needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
