Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to lead our employee training and development initiatives. Your role will involve identifying training needs, designing learning programs, and facilitating professional development sessions. You'll play a critical role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify industry benchmarks and integrate into training programs.
• Support managers in coaching and mentoring practices.
• Organize external training opportunities for staff development.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training methods.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in all training activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or related field
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience within a learning and development capacity

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
