Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards.
  • Provide recommendations on pay structures and compensation strategies.
  • Work closely with management to understand staffing needs and trends.
  • Develop and maintain job evaluation processes.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the administration of the performance appraisal system.
  • Support HR with onboarding and employee retention initiatives.
  • Identify areas for improvement in compensation practices.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of compensation programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Finance, Economics, or HR
Experience
  • Relevant experience in compensation management or HR analytics preferred
