Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from initial conception through to completion.
• Prepare technical documentation such as specifications and reports.
• Review project contracts and ensure all legal obligations are met.
• Facilitate communication between the project team and clients.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.
• Maintain high standards for design integrity and artistic quality.
• Drive innovation in architectural concepts and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Professional architectural registration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hands-on architectural design

Technical Skills

• Building Code Knowledge
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Autodesk Certified Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
