Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and selection process for new hires.
• Draft and implement HR policies and practices.
• Coordinate employee training programs and assessments.
• Address and mediate employee grievances effectively.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Monitor adherence to labor laws and HR standards.
• Contribute to the development of a positive organisational culture.
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources
