You should be well-versed in using recruitment tools and have a basic understanding of labor laws. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely placements.
• Implement outreach programs to attract diverse talent.
• Prepare and conduct candidate assessments and interviews.
• Liaise with hiring managers and HR to refine job specifications.
• Initiate employee referral programs to boost talent acquisition.
• Monitor and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Provide feedback and support to candidates to enhance their application experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Science may be advantageous
• Further qualifications in HR are an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a related HR role
