Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of South African labor laws and an ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in the development of employee training materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Additional HR certifications are preferred
