Responsibilities

• Develop user personas and scenarios to inform design decisions.
• Create detailed design specifications for development teams.

• Conduct competitive analysis to inform design strategies.
• Foster a user-centered design process within the team.
• Analyze user behavior through analytics tools to inform design improvements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure design implementation fidelity.
• Advocate for UX design principles throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Sketch
• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Mobile App Design: Knowledge of mobile user experience principles and design practices.
• Exposure to A/B Testing Methodologies: Hands-on experience with A/B testing for design improvements.
