As a Recruitment Consultant based in Pretoria, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within various industries. You'll partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and use innovative strategies to find the ideal candidates. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of the recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
