Job Description

Seeking experienced operators to handle drying equipment in our textile manufacturing facility. Your role will involve managing the drying processes and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met consistently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate drying machines effectively and efficiently.
• Adjust machine settings based on material types and drying specifications.
• Conduct quality checks during and after the drying process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production goals are met.
• Participate in routine maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Document production logs and report any issues immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Technical Certificate in Textile Industry is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining drying equipment, preferably in a textile manufacturing environment.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Fabric Inspection: Knowledge and experience in assessing fabric quality pre- and post-drying.
