Job Description

The Lawn Services Supervisor will oversee a dedicated team of landscapers and ensure that all lawn maintenance activities meet high standards of quality. This position involves hands-on supervision, training, and active management of lawn care services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of lawn care services.
• Train and mentor new employees on company policies and procedures.
• Create and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all lawn work.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in budget management for lawn care services.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure functionality.
• Prioritize workload based on client needs and service requests.

Requirements

Education

• Additional qualifications in landscaping or horticulture

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the landscaping sector.

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous
