Job Description

As a key member of our HR team, you will develop strategic plans that drive our organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders to assess training and development needs, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet current and future challenges. Strong analytical skills will be pivotal in measuring the impact of development programs and ensuring alignment with business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Drive initiatives for enhancing workplace culture and enhancing team collaboration.
• Collaborate with external consultants to provide specialized training programs.
• Support performance appraisal processes by providing relevant data and insights.
• Plan and execute skills training and continuous learning opportunities for employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or related discipline
• Advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
