Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Billiard Table Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and ensuring the quality of billiard tables. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of the assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for various projects.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Assist in preparing documentation for data projects.
• Support the Data Entry Supervisor in daily operations and report on any issues.
• Conduct follow-ups on data requests and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Implement data entry best practices to enhance productivity.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Identify trends in data input processes to streamline operations.
• Actively participate in feedback sessions to align on team goals.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in data entry or clerical roles

Technical Skills

• Data management systems
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with database management systems: Hands-on experience with SQL and similar systems.
• Proficiency in additional languages: Ability to speak an additional local language is a plus.
