Job Description

As a Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setter, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining equipment for wire and cable production. You will ensure that all materials are readily available and that production processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock levels and material supply chain for production.
• Ensure all equipment is operational and efficient.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Assist in the training of new staff on operational procedures.
• Manage the scheduling of machinery maintenance.
• Implement improvements for efficiency in production lines.
• Work closely with quality assurance to meet product standards.
• Document production metrics and report to management.
• Assist in troubleshooting faults and implementing solutions.
• Provide technical support to production team as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with wire and cable production is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Basic math skills
• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent
