Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead our online strategies in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in developing successful e-commerce initiatives that boost sales and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational tasks of the e-commerce platform.
• Work with logistics to streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance user experience.
• Utilize CRM tools for tracking and analysing customer behaviour.
• Assess website performance and recommend improvements.
• Create and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the product development team for new product launches.
• Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce management.

Technical Skills

• E-commerce Strategy Development
• Digital Marketing Tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
