Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all customers by being approachable and knowledgeable.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock.
• Help maintain store cleanliness, including the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Celebrate achievements and upsell promotions during customer interactions.
• Be an advocate for our brand values and contribute to a fun shopping environment.
• Stay updated on ongoing promotions and product offerings to inform customers.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail Management or similar is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale Systems
• Inventory Management

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

• Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both English and Afrikaans or other local languages.
• Retail management experience: Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus.
