Job Description

We are looking for an experienced First-Line Supervisor of Protective Service Workers to oversee security operations and ensure compliance with company policies. The right candidate will be responsible for training staff and conducting regular assessments to maintain high security standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and staff performance.
• Evaluate and revise security protocols to improve efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between management and security personnel.
• Provide guidance during emergency situations and critical incidents.
• Ensure report accuracy and timely submission to management.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and develop training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12/Matric Certificate
• Security Supervisory/Management Certificate or Diploma

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
