The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates across various roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Provide hiring managers with feedback and recommendations on candidates.
• Continuously review and refine recruitment processes for efficiency.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition across diverse sectors
