Responsibilities

• Design job descriptions for vacant positions in conjunction with managers.
• Source candidates through various methods, including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks as required.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve recruitment processes.
• Consult with senior management on high-level recruitment strategies.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and contracts with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment practices and fair employment legislation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within agency settings

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR)

Languages

• English: Fluent
