Responsibilities

  • Design urban spaces that reflect community needs and enhance quality of life.
  • Review zoning and land use applications for compliance with city plans.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives to ensure stakeholder participation.
  • Produce and maintain documentation for planning processes and decisions.
  • Collaborate with city officials on urban development projects.
  • Review and assess the impact of proposed projects on communities.
  • Stay updated on urban planning trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Land Use Management
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in urban development and planning
