Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design process from concept to production.
• Work closely with clients to identify their needs and specifications.
• Evaluating and selecting materials for projects to optimize performance.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all specifications are met.
• Foster a culture of safety within the engineering team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare presentations for project reviews and client meetings.
• Maintain project timelines and communicate any delays proactively.
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules for mechanical systems.
• Stay updated on new technologies and trends in mechanical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design or related field

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
