Responsibilities
Lead the hotel team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Develop training programs to enhance staff skills.
Manage the hotel’s operational budget and financial forecasting.
Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures.
Monitor industry trends for continuous improvement.
Work with event coordinators to manage functions effectively.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.
Foster a positive work environment and team culture.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Prepare annual performance evaluations for staff.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Postgraduate studies are advantageous
