HR Generalist

Job Description

At our Durban office, the HR Generalist will oversee numerous HR activities, including talent recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset and a passion for enhancing the employee experience within our thriving organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from job requirements to job offers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
• Help manage employee performance evaluations and feedback.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on employee development opportunities.
• Ensure all HR practices align with company values and objectives.
• Maintain compliance with HR legal requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Support the development of a healthy, inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage HR reports and maintain data integrity in systems.
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as a Generalist
