As an Oarsman, you will be responsible for rowing our boats and ensuring the safety of your team members. We're looking for someone with a love for the water, great physical fitness, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to develop race strategies.
Participate in regional competitions to showcase skills.
Support fellow rowers and foster a positive team environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Document practice performance and progress for coaching feedback.
Engage in physical conditioning to enhance rowing performance.
Assist with event planning for team competitions and activities.

Education
Matric certificate or equivalent
Experience
Experience in competitive rowing preferred
