Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will oversee HR operations including recruitment, compliance, and employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of HR best practices and is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment drives for open positions.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of policies and best practices in HR.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Assist in employee wellness programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles
