Job Description

As an HR Manager in Pretoria, you will oversee all HR functions and ensure alignment with our business objectives. You will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Review and update HR policies to reflect organizational changes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Support management in talent succession planning.
  • Develop and oversee initiatives for employee well-being.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in management roles
