Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to enhance our pharmaceutical services. In this role, you will manage pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with health regulations, and provide exceptional patient care by dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prescription requests for appropriate therapy.
• Prepare and provide medication management plans.
• Liaise with doctors to resolve medication-related issues.
• Develop and participate in health promotion activities.
• Conduct quality assurance for pharmacy services.
• Advise on the selection of over-the-counter medications.

Requirements

Education

• PharmD or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of compounding practices: Experience in preparing customized medications for patients.
