Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager where you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating a seamless experience with our products. Your role will encompass onboarding new clients, providing training, and addressing any concerns to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer onboarding processes and develop training materials.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to discuss performance metrics.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote best practices and success stories.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively advise customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success management or a similar role
Technical Skills
  • Customer Journey Mapping
  • Project Management Software (e.g., Asana, Trello)

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
