Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Support clients in utilizing our services effectively.
  • Provide training and onboarding to new clients.
  • Assist in the development of client engagement strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate client needs.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss project updates and feedback.
  • Gather insights from clients to improve service offerings.
  • Document and report client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in client relations or customer service
