E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online selling initiatives in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for overseeing our e-commerce platforms, developing marketing strategies, and optimizing user experiences to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic plans for the e-commerce division.
• Ensure product data is updated and accurately reflected on all platforms.
• Lead initiatives for customer acquisition and retention through digital marketing.
• Assess user feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and journey.
• Evaluate and adjust marketing budgets to optimize ROI.
• Engage with stakeholders to discuss operational challenges and opportunities.
• Drive innovation in e-commerce practices and technology usage.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related field
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing management
